AuditCRO is a software service that helps you analyse and improve e‑commerce conversion (CRO). References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Brandionary LLC in connection with the AuditCRO product.

You may use it to submit store or page URLs, run conversion-related audits, view results, save stores or competitors, use suggestions or history where your plan allows, and manage your account. Features and usage limits may depend on your plan or subscription. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyse any URL you submit.

3.2 Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models from the service, except as permitted by law
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights
Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape in bulk, or compromise our systems, or access data that is not yours
Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs without our written permission

3.3 Plans, billing, and changes

Some features may be free; others may require a paid plan or subscription processed by our payment provider. Fees, renewals, and limits are as shown in the app at the time of purchase. We may change, add, or remove features; material changes to paid plans will be communicated in line with applicable law and our policies.

The AuditCRO name, website, app, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Audit outputs and recommendations are provided for your use in connection with your own stores; you remain responsible for how you apply them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandionary LLC and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AuditCRO or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

AuditCRO relies on third parties (for example hosting, payments, email delivery, and authentication). Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third‑party sites you may link to from your audit inputs or results.
